aspirin mask

They are two different receipies to help lighten the skin and exfoilate. You don't use them together, but at different times. The aspririn one is a bit stronger....

Here is the receipe that I got from Linda......

Here are two simple, inexpensive, natural skin lighteners -- lemon juice or an aspirin mask.

• The lemon juice treatment is easy, just squeeze the juice of a 1-2 lemons into a bowl and using a cotton ball, rub the juice all over your face and other places (like the tops of your hands) that have dark spots. Leave on for 15-20 min and rise off. Follow with a good moisturizer and sun screen. It’s best to do this at night before going to bed – in that case skip the sun screen.

• Aspirin Mask- I love this one because it also makes you skin feel smooth. Crush up 2-3 NON-coated aspirins and mix with water and (if your skin is really dry a little honey). Make a paste and apply to your skin, especially the areas with dark spots. Leave on for 20-30 min and rinse off. Again, follow with moisturizer and sun screen if you’re going outside. Note: Make sure aspirin is not coated. If it is, it will read “Coated “right on the front label. Or better yet, purchase BC Headache Powder. It’s just pure aspirin in a powered form.
