Dull Skin - How Can I Get Glowing Skin Quickly?

Hi,

How can I get glowing skin? Thanks!

Hi There,

Thanks for your great question. . You didn't specify what bothers you about your skin, so I'm assuming it's not any one specific issue, just that your skin looks a little dull.

One of the best ways to get smooth, clear glowing skin is to exfoliate and hydrate it.

A simple inexpensive exfoliator is a home made scrub made from equal parts of sugar and baking soda. Just pour equal amounts (about 1/4) of both and mix together. Add water and make a paste. Then rub this paste on your face, sort of like your buffing your face.

Don't forget your chin and neck too, then rinse. Your skin will feel Fabulous! Smooth and soft because you've gotten rid all those dead skin cells that clog pores and cause your skin to look dull.

Next you want to hydrate and plump up the skin cells. A great way to do this is with The Best Moisturizer for your skin type - one that's not too oily and hydrates the skin.

This botanical moisturizer will plump up your skin better than a regular moisturizer because it penetrates the skin longer. Plus after exfoliating, your skin is clearer and able to absorb the nutrients in the masque.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
Linda, Admin

Glowing Skin - Home Remedies For Dry Skin
by: sarita

its really good for oily skin. actually I'm wondering what can I use for glowing skin with fairness and dryness.
thanks

Hello Sarita,

Thanks for your email. That's a very good question. Any type of scrub can be slightly drying to the skin. So if you have very dry skin to begin with try this:

Take a handful of baking soda and/or sugar, then add a few drops or a teaspoon of olive oil or emu oil. Mix this into a paste and gently massage all over your face and neck - even chest too. Do this only once a week for very dry skin. More often for normal or oily skin.

Then rinse off very well and follow with a gentle, organic moisturizer. I just LOVE the Series H Moisturizer from ZenMed. It doesn't have any mineral oils. It contains plant extracts and herbal essences.

I hope this information helped...

how many times shud i use scrub (soda+suger)
by: lajj

i used mixture of baking soda and suger..i think its amazing..my skin is really glowing and became so smooth..thank u ..linda..how many times in a week should i use this?
---------------------
Hi,

Thanks for your email. I use it about 2-3 week. After a few days, my skin will begin to feel scaly or bumpy.....that's when I know it's time to use the scrub again.

Also, it will start to look dull. Once you start "polishing" your skin with a scrub, you'll notice when it becomes dull and know it's time to do it again.

Thanks,
Linda

pigementation and wrinkles
by: Anonymous

My face is dull with pigmentation and wrinkles. what can i do to clear them? I have been using black opal products and there is no improvement. Please advice

Hi there,

I would recommend a two step process -- Exfoliate and Erase.

Exfoliate - with a professional dermabrasion cream that gently "peels" away dead skin cells and unblocks pores. After just one scrub, you'll see a difference. Your skin will shine and it'll be real smooth. Plus, constant exfoliation causes the skin to build more collagen and causes lines and wrinkles to become less visible.

Erase - You want to even out your complexion for a smoother look.

The skin eraser is a gentle lightening/bleaching lotion that gently "erases" age spots, red skin spots, freckles, and any hyperpigmentation, blotches and really melts away blackheads.

This is a great option if you want to slough off dead skin cells that settle into the creases making skin look dull, tired, and exaggerate lines and wrinkles. Plus, over time it gives your complexion an "airbrushed" look and more even complexion.

This product is an outstanding combination for any skin type and is my absolute favorite. I guarantee your skin will look great just after one use -- and will keep getting better the more you use it.
