eczema images for eczema skin?

I have eczema. Do you have any eczema images I can see? Or any information on this condition. What should I use? I've tried corticosteroid creams and even antibiotics. But I still have it. Is there a more natural cure that works? The steroid creams really caused a lot of side effects for me and now my skin looks really thin and bruised.
