What finally seems to be working for me is something called Titan' administered by a specialist beauty shop. Costs a bit - but my arms were terrible, and I thought the only thing would be surgery and I did not want to resort to that. Creams?? - well those just don't work! Titan costs a LOT LES than surgery.

Thanks for great information. There is another non-surgical option for reducing wrinkles and to tighten the skin on your face.......and it's very, very cheap! I mean less than a one time fee of $50.00.

I'm talking about Carolyn's Facial Exercises.

I've been doing facial exercises off and on for about 10 years now. I say off and on, because so many of the exercise videos and DVD's that I purchased were so time consuming, hard to do, and didn't really deliver great results.

But Carolyn's exercises were so easy and fast. Less than 15 min. 3-4 times a week. And, the best part is you do them lying down (like in bed first thing in the morning) for the best effect. Something about lying down and the gravity pull -- really gets those muscles (especially the lower jowl and neck area) tight.

I think I look pretty good for almost 52 years old. And, so does Carolyn. Visit the links above and watch her explain a few of these exercises and how they work. And, keep in mind that she is over 64 years old in this video and looks great.
