With FlexEffect, the thing that appeals to me about them is that they have a forum with trainers and so you can get advice. I'm curious, did you not speak to Deb or any of the trainers when you had your problem you describe above?

I was kind of leaning towards Carolyn's materials, but then I heard many people say that it was a mix of other programs out there (like facercise, Cynthia Rowland etc), and then a couple of reviews I read where people had said that their NL's had gotten worse.

I guess everyone is different. I did contact the trainers at FE and was just told to keep doing it as is and all will get better. For me it didn't.

When I stumbled upon Carolyn's program I thought I'd give it a try and it was not only faster (15 min day) but I didn't experience that "over built" look that I did with the others.

I've been trying all types of face exercises since 1999 and found Carolyn's the best for me.

Plus, you can speak directly to her and she'll give you custom exercises if the ones in the program don't work well for your situation or face shape. She understands that not everyone is the same. I get a much better, faster, personalized response from her than any other program I've tried.
