Red Light Therapy for Skin Rejuvenation

I'd like to see some information on red light therapy for skin rejuvenation.

Hi Pam,

Thanks for the great question. I'll look into this type of skin therapy.

What I know about it right now is that it's been used together with blue light to clear the skin as it has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory actions.

And the research looks good.....almost 3 out of 4 people with mild to moderate skin/breakout problems received good results and clearer skin with the light therapy.

I post more as I do my research.
