Red Upper Lip - Waxing burns

I was having some light hairs sugared from my upper lip but it left my skin red. I spent a lot of money in the department stores on products that didn't help. Last Christmas a friend gave me a bottle of Firmer View and now that is what I use. It really helped me. Thank you for your site and your skin advice, Betty
