Soft Glowing Radiant Skin Tips?

Hi,

Please give me some glowing skin tips for softer, hydrated radiant skin.

Hi,

Thanks for your great question. You mention 2 issues soft and glowing....I'm assuming your skin is dry and dull?

Many people suffer from dull skin and it's a simple one to fix. Dull skin usually results from too many dead skin cells that have not been able to shed themselves and instead stay on the skin causing it to feel rough, clogging pores (which can cause either dry or oily skin) and not allowing for better penetration of your favorite anti-aging creams and moisturizers.

The inability to shed dead skin cells increases with age as does the ability to retain moisture in the skin. Both of these factors lead to dull, sort of wrinkled/lined or crinkled looking skin. Sometimes it looks like we have wrinkles/lines, but it's really just parched skin!

A simple remedy would be to Exfoliate as many times a week as you need to keep the skin glowing. I'm 50 years old and I need to exfoliate at least every other day or my skin would look dull too. I been buffing and exfoliating my skin since I was teenager because it felt good and my skin looked better after I did.

Dryness - face exercises - that involve a good skin massage - makes you face look fabulous and glowing. A good face exercise session stimulates blood flow (which brings oxygen/nutrients to the skin cells) and distributes oils to help balance out those dry/oily zone many people get. Not to mention that facial exercises also help to tone and lift sagging muscles (think higher cheekbones) and plumb up and thicken the skin.

For exfoliation, I like and use a 3 step process from ZenMed that includes a renewing serum along with a face wash that helps get rid of dead skin cells and a good, non pore clogging moisturizer. I love it and it contains botanical holistic ingredients....which is important to me. I don't like putting chemicals on my skin.

You can read more about it here.... Simple 3 Glowing Skin Tips.

In addition to the 3 step skin system I also use a mixture of baking soda and water. Make a paste and scrub this all over my face and body in the shower. I do this about 2 times a week. Your whole body will feel great! If you don't have baking soda you can use sugar too.

I hope this information has been helpful.
