face exercises for wrinkles
I'm getting to that point were I need some help, more than a face cream can do. I'm getting those droopy sagging jowls and puffy eyes.
I can't and won't do surgery. Too scary. Do you really believe in face exercises? Not just for wrinkles but to lift up all that sagging skin? I just can't see how it works?
Thanks for your email regarding face exercises. Yes, I do believe they work and you'll feel it in the first few weeks you do them too.
When I slack off and get back into it again, I feel it in my cheeks and especially jaw/jowl area. That's the area that I'm concentrating on now.
Face exercising works on the same principle as body exercising in terms of firming up drooping muscles and improving the texture of the skin.
Plus, it helps to reduce that deflated look we get as we age, which causes the skin to just hang. You see we grow older, we lose natural fat - that once kept our faces looking firm and full.
This is why facial dermal fillers - like Restylane is so popular. It helps give our faces that full, firm look.
The problem is it's expensive, has to be repeated every so many months, and can sometimes look unnatural giving us a puffy or bloated look.
But facial exercises can help increase muscle definition and fill those areas in a much more natural way.
You see the muscles of the face are attached directly to the skin, so both get a good workout at the same time.
Plus, all the massaging that goes on during an exercise session helps to increase blood circulation bring much need nutrients to feed the skin.
There are a lot of face exercises programs out there and I've tried a lot of them. But for the ease, speed (only 15 minutes a few times a week), the comfort (you do these lying down in bed)....I love CFF facial fitness program. If you click on this link you can see a video and try some free sample face exercises.
One other thing I like about this program, there is less pulling and tugging on the skin and the results are quick.
I hope this information helped. Please keep in touch with us and let us know how it goes.
