Accutane Attorneys - New Jersey Accutane Lawsuit

Hi there Accutane sufferers. Just wanted to let you know that as of February 2011 - about 3,000 Accutane lawsuits were filed with the New Jersey State Court.

The suit alleges that the medication did not properly warn users of the risk of bowel issues - such as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and ulcerative colitis.

Three of the lawsuits go to trial sometime this month and one of the law suits was brought on by actor James Marshall who stared in the movie "A Few Good Men."

According to news reports, there will be quite a few famous Hollywood stars there to testify on Marshall's behalf - such as Rob Reiner, Martin Sheen, and Brian Dennehy.

Accutane Lawsuits?

Hi Gerry,

I've had acne since 8th grade. I started on Accutane in high school and my skin got better. But I still have some deep cystic acne that really hurt. I'm afraid to stay on accutane because of this whole lawsuit thing going on.

Does anyone know more about it?
