frutelas acne vitamin chocolates - all natural

Well I used to use Clearasil and all that muck until I was turned on to Frutels which is a vitamin chocolate for acne.Since i am a real chocoholic, I just loved the idea of eating chocolate and getting rid of my pimples at the same time. Saw it on Rachael ray and couldn't buy it fast enough!Now when i eat chocolate I know I'm doing something good for myself. www.frutels.com

Thanks for the great suggestion. I looked into Frutelas and found out that they are high in B vitamins and Zinc, which are both helpful for great skin.

If you want to get more of these skin loving vitamins and save a few calories, you can take a B complex vitamin and at least 15 mgs of zinc daily.

Just make sure you take them with food so they won't upset your stomach.

Wacky Acne Treatments

I was so desperate to get rid of my acne that I used a combination of Windex and rubbing alcohol. Well, my face broke out even more and I had to stay in all weekend because it turned into like rash/burn.

Never try that!!

Thanks for the great question. I'll look into this type of skin therapy.

What I know about it right now is that it's been used together with blue light to clear the skin as it has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory actions.

And the research looks good.....almost 3 out of 4 people with mild to moderate skin/breakout problems received good results and clearer skin with the light therapy.

I post more as I do my research.

Weird acne treatments

My friend and I had really bad acne in high school and tried everything under the sun to get rid of acne. Well her grandmother had all of these old remedies for everything. The one she suggested that we do is apply a wash cloth that was soaked with our own urine (yuk).

She said something about the acid/pH balance would help. I don't remember why it was supposed to work, but you mentioned something about pH balance being important for good skin on your website.

Well, I never tried the urine soaked wash cloth tip, but it sure was the weirdest acne treatment tip I ever heard of....LOL,
