Anti-Aging Tips for Women and Men Over 40

What can I do to look younger? I don't know where to begin. My skin looks saggy and it has no glow or shine.

I use those highlighting creams on my cheeks, but it only makes my face look greasy.

My skin looks a bit blotchy, and face makeup to cover those spots only makes my skin look like I'm wearing heavy makeup.

I'm so frustrated! What can do?

Hi Vanessa,

Thanks for your question. I totally understand your issue.

The first thing I would do if I were you is to get a deep exfoliation treatment. If you can eliminate those dead skin cells, your skin will come to live almost immediately.

I use a homemade facial scrub a few times a week and a more powerful 2 step skin eraser product a few times a year. Click here to learn more.

You should also consider giving yourself a nice face massage. This will help increase circulation to the face.

You can read more about it here: Face Massage for Wrinkles.

Finally, consider doing facial exercises. This can help lift and increase the size of the facial muscles which helps your face look fuller and more plump.

I have posted a lot of before and after pictures here.....Facial Exercises.
