Clear skin diet

The diet you mention is sort of like the South Beach Diet. Where it's not super low on carbs, but just low on the bad flour and sugar.

This type of diet causes inflammation and high cholesterol and this inflammation is supposed to be bad for your skin too.

I like eating this way once I got used to it. Instead of potatoes, I'll have black beans. Instead of crackers or bread, I'll have celery or apple slices...It really has made a difference in my skin and my acne.
