Get rid of double chin and fat cheeks?

Can you tell me how to get rid of a double chin and chubby cheeks?

Thanks for your question.

There are two face exercises you can do to slim your face and chin. By tightening your cheek and chin muscles you can pull them in and give your face a more tighter angular/younger look.

Here are a few:

1. Open your mouth wide making a large O shape and curl your lips over your teeth. Then try to smile.

2. Hold the smile for a count of 10. Then relax and smile again. Do this smile/relax exercise 10 times

3. Try to do this exercise a few times a day. You may begin to notice a slight soreness around the lower cheek area.....at least I did.

For a double chin........

1. Place your thumb pads, one in front of the other, resting under the tip of your chin.

2. Press the tongue against the roof of the mouth and slide one thumb from tip to back of your chin where it meets your throat. Then slide the next thumb....continuing doing this alternating one after another.

4. Make a rhythm using one thumb slide for every tongue press.

5. Repeat 40 times
