Hi There.....Thanks for your question. It's a good one!

Well, I think it really depends on several factors. Whom you ask, how bad is the sagging, the condition of your skin, what part of the body is the skin sagging, and how much you care for your skin health - in general.

There are areas of my face that actually "perk-up" with regular daily facial exercises.

Then there are some areas where I can't see any difference. But, I tend to slack off here and there.

However, I know women -who are over 60 years old who look great and they happen to be fanatical about doing their facial exercises…..Like 5 times week!!

The main thing to remember (if you try it) is to be consistent. Do the routines on a regular basis and understand that it does take time (the worse the condition of the skin - the longer it can take)...but, I've seen lots of before and after pics of women and men who look much better after 12-24 months of steady facial workouts.

Personally, I think facial exercises can help to a degree.

If you have minimal sagging facial workouts can help firm things up a bit. But, if your situation is really bad or you've lost a ton of weight.......sometimes surgery is the only solution.

Personally, I've seen pretty good results following a face exercise program a few times a week.

Of course, the earlier you start the better, but I know many men and women who started in their late 50s and early 60s and achieved results.

I started doing facial exercises in my mid-50s!

The best I can tell you is:

1. Take pictures before so you can see the progress.

2. If you have serious sagging or have lost tons of weight...don't expect miracles. But do look for signs of improvement.

That's why taking pictures through your exercise stages is very important. So you can track your progress and see if it's really working well for you.

Also, don't be afraid to contact the face exercise instructor for detailed support for your specific facial needs and problems.

Sometimes we need to tweak the exercise to fit our personal facial needs. That's why it's important to choose a program will you can get support online or by phone.


That's why I like Carolyn's facial exercises.
