scaly bumps on neck chest

What are the white scaly bumps on my neck forehead and chest.

Not being a physician - I really can't say what the causes are for the scaly white bumps on your skin.

It could be a simple rash or contact dermatitis.

Most common rash symptoms include a noticeable change in skin texture. And, the skin can become itchy, scaly, red, or inflamed.

Rashes can be caused by so many conditions - like allergic reactions to food, makeup, soap or perfume. It can also be a sign of certain skin diseases.
