how can I get rid of chicken pox scars? I am dark-skinned and the scars haven`t gone till now even though I have already healed from chicken pox a way before.

These scars look ugly spots all over the body and lowering my self-esteem.Please can anybody help me..

scar free mole removal & dimpled butt skin

Hi Linda,

I stumbled upon your website by accident while surfing the net and I must say I am very impressed! Thanks for all the wealth of information!

I have 2 problems on my mind right now and would highly appreciate your opinion and help on how to tackle both. firstly I have a black round mole on my chin right below my lower lip on the left side and I've had this mole since I was a child (its slightly protruding and almost half a inch or maybe less an half a inch in area or mass).

I happen to notice it has grown a little in size gradually over the years. I want to remove it and went to a dermatologist at one of the top women's hospitals in Boston however was told that since the mole is oval/almost circular, they'd have to make a horizontal incission/cut around it and it might leave a larger mark. The doctor did say it appears to be dormant because of it's size/shape and growth of small hairs (which I have to tweeze regularly, what a headache!)

I am very scared as it's on my face and would hate for anything to go wrong. Any suggestions? I could send you pics if it helps?

Second problem - I have uneven and dimpled skin on and around my butt area and I was wondering if the skin roller will be able to help with this? any other suggestions for this?

I can understand your concern. It's hard to hide an imperfection on your face, yet I'm sure you're not happy with the mole either. The best I can tell you is that people have used the skin roller for building up/filling in depressed scars from acne or surgeries.

Ask your doctor what type of mark is going to be left if you have the mole removed? If it's going to be a depressed scar....then you might consider using the renew facial (once it's healed). This facial can help reduce the appearance of scars and increases collagen production.
