Please help me. Summer is almost here and I need some skin clearing tips for back and chest pimples. I also have red welts and bumps. I'm too embarrassed to wear tank tops!!
Hello, J.P.
Boy, I know how you feel. Having smooth skin is difficult...between brown spots, red bumps, back acne, pimples.......
After much research I've found a product that I've been using for years for my whole body -- legs, elbows, chest, back and arms.
It not only helps clear up pimples and acne, but it exfoliates the skin and gets rid of those annoying red bumps. Plus, if you do have acne, it will help heal it. You can even use the botanical mask to spot treat your face.
It's organic, herbal, and contains great smelling botanical extracts.

Hope this helps....
P.S. It's also free from

# Sodium Lauryl or Sodium Laureth Sulfate
# Petrochemicals
# Synthetic Dyes or Fragrances

I need a treatment for my oily skin and pimples. I think the rainy season is causing more pimples. Please help.

Hello,
Thank you for your email. There are several things you can do. First, make sure you are cleaning your face properly. A good non-drying acne wash is essential...especially during humid weather. However, make sure it's not overly drying because that will cause the skin to produce even more oil.
I have had great success with a pH balanced cleansing gel by Zenmed. You can read about it here... Gentle Cleansing Gel.
Also, a few times a week, take a little baking soda or sugar and mix it with the cleansing gel. Make a paste and rub that paste over your face, especially where the pimples are. Go gentle at first to see how your skin reacts. My skin LOVES it.
Then rinse it off and use a light oil free moisturizer.
You can also take a cotton ball and dab the pimples with a salicylic acid gel.
This 3 step process works great anyone (young or older) with pimples, acne, or oily skin because it doesn't over dry the skin and won't promote wrinkles....like some of those harsh acne products made for teenagers.
I hope this helps.
Thanks,

I have some back pimples and acne scars. Do you have any suggestions? I've tried everything! It's so bad, that I'm embarrassed to take my shirt off at the beach.
Thanks,
Gregg
Hi Gregg,
Thanks for your email regarding back acne scars and back pimples. I'm sorry to hear of your back acne problem, but trust me - your not alone.
A large percentage of men suffer from body acne, even well into their late 40s. And, up to 90% of all acne sufferers develop acne on their back, chest, and shoulders.
One of the best ways to tackle this problem is with natural organic solutions that won't irritate the skin - acne skin is already irritated and sensitive.
But at the same time you also need a product that can deal with the specific type of skin found on the chest, shoulders, and back. These areas tend to have larger pores and thicker skin than the face. So you also need a product that is strong enough to handle this.
There is a terrific 2 step system that is quick (takes about 8 minutes) and only needs to be used twice a week. It involves an organic body clay mask and a botanical body wash.....

If you start now, you could have clearer skin before the summer gets into full swing :-)

Please suggest something for oil dull skin. I tend to breakout too a few times a month. Sometimes (well often) I try to pop the breakouts and then they turn red and leave a mark. Any advice?
While, it's not a good idea to try to squeeze pimples, there is a right way and a wrong way to do it.
After you do it, it's important to treat the skin so as to prevent scars and red marks. You also want to clear the pores to prevent future breakouts.
I found a good 3 step skin care routine that helps reduce clogged pores and dead skin cells, keeps the skin clean but not overly dry, and helps to hydrate without over drying.
My absolute favorite is the micro-peel, skin polish serum.

two side of my nose line. i feel pain and i have seen pimples i use mederma but it not good plz help me . in there i see adark line in two side of nose
Hello Ahammed,
Thanks for your email. If you have pimples Mederma is not the right product. Mederma is for scars and stretch marks.
I'm a little confused as to what your exact skin situation is. You mention pimples, but you also state that you feel pain next to your nose? If you feel any pain - you should see your doctor as soon as possible.
You also state that you see a dark line near your nose. Is that where the pain is? I would see a doctor just to make sure it's not something more serious.
I'm sorry I wasn't able to help you, but I'm not sure what your skin problem is. Please feel free to contact me with further questions.
I have pimples which are leaving dark spots on my face and my skin is very oily skin. Please help!
